Our Child Development Associate (CDA) training classes are state approved by Bright from the Start (BFTS). You will earn the required 120 training hours required by the CDA Council for Professional Recognition once you have completed all twelve sessions.
The CDA subject areas and clock hours of formal training are as follows:

3. Positive ways to support children’s social and emotional development – 16
4. Strategies to establish productive relationships with families – 14
